What we collect
Account info (name, email), the site content you create, leads submitted to your sites, and standard usage analytics.
How we use it
To operate the service, deliver leads to you, process payments via Stripe, and improve product performance. We do not sell your data.
Lead data & TCPA
You are the data controller for leads submitted through your sites. You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful basis (including TCPA prior express written consent where applicable) before contacting them.
Subprocessors
We use Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), and Lovable AI Gateway (AI features). Each is bound by their own DPA.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time. Email support@nononsenseleads.com.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies for authentication and session management.
