Acceptable use
No spam, no scraping, no illegal content. You must comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA when contacting leads captured via our platform.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew monthly via Stripe until canceled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period.
Lead exchange
If you participate in the lead exchange, you agree to the auction rules, dispute window, and payout schedule documented in-app.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your content. We retain ownership of the platform.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
